The home features two huge master suites with adjoining master baths and a third bedroom all with premium bedding, living area, a half bath, kitchen, separate breakfast and dining areas, utility room with washer and dryer and a beautiful park-like setting in the backyard with gas grill.
Downstairs features a large master suite with 3/4 bath, a king bed, 2 twin Italian memory foam roll-away beds, large lighted walk-in closet, and a large living space with huge sofa, table and two chairs.
Another bedroom downstairs features a queen bed and lighted closet.
Also downstairs is the newly-remodeled kitchen with center island, gas range, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. An open dining area seats 4 and the separate breakfast area with coffee bar and wine bar seats 6.
The utility room features a full size washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board. Soap is included.
A half bath is also downstairs.
Another huge master suite is upstairs with a full en-suite bath including double vanities, shower, large soaking tub, luxurious king bed, two twin adjustable beds, a sitting area with two sofas and two lighted closets.
An early resident of the home was Major General Stanley Eric Reinhart. MG Reinhart was a highly decorated senior United States Army who figured prominently in World War II as commander of the 65th Infantry Division.
Our house features WiFi, flat screen high definition television with cable and Netflix, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, fans and blow dryers. With 2 king beds, 1 queen, 2 adjustable single beds and two twin Italian memory foam rollaway beds we can comfortably accommodate as many as 10 guests. There is plenty of off-street parking for up to 6 vehicles. A high chair is available upon request.

In 13 minutes you can drive to the Lawton Marketplace with Target, Academy Sports & Outdoors, PetSmart, TJ Maxx and many others.
Downtown with restaurants, the county and federal court houses and public library are a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.
35th Division Park is just 5 blocks east with a splash pool, playground and tennis courts.
Annual festivals held in nearby Elmer Thomas Park or downtown include Open Streets, The Ware District, Holiday in the Park, Spirit of Survival, the Arts For All Festival, Chautauqua, the International Festival, the Freedom Festival and others. Yearly parades and fun runs like the Armed Forces Day Parade, 3-Mile Thursday, the Lawton Rangers Rodeo Parade, the Christmas Parade and the Frost Ya Fanny Fun Run are only a few blocks away.
Drive just 6 minutes to the Comanche County Fairgrounds to shop for home-grown vegetables at the Lawton Farmers Market, watch the 580 Rollergirls, do the chicken dance at Oktoberfest, attend the Comanche County Free Fair, Paws For a Cause, the Tomato Festival, Home & Garden Show, Wichita Mountains Classic, or the Great Plains Winter National Hog, Sheep and Goat Show.
Other attractions include the Lawton Rangers Rodeo, the Leslie Powell Art Gallery, the historic Mattie Beal Home, the Living Christmas Tree at First Baptist Church, the Polar Bear Plunge, Comanche Nation Water Park and sporting and cultural events at Cameron University.
You can drive to and through the beautiful 59,000 acre Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge - one of America’s oldest - in only 20 minutes to see buffalo, deer, elk and Texas longhorn. Explore one of the most impressive and distinctive landscapes in the Southwest. Or, drop into the historical and picturesque cobblestone community of Medicine Park. Go hiking, rock climbing, fishing, swimming or picnicking. Drive to the top of Mount Scott for a view of southwest Oklahoma from 2,464 feet. Visit the Medicine Park Aquarium and Natural Sciences Center.
Visit the historic sights at nearby Fort Sill, including the Fort Sill National Historic Landmark and Museum, the U.S. Army Field Artillery Museum, the U.S. Army Field Artillery Museum, the U.S. Army Air Artillery Defense Museum, Geronimo’s grave, or attend a free concert on the Polo Field.
The back yard is shared by two individuals who reside in the two apartments attached to the rear of the house, though they use a separate entrance to access the property.
